My aims and expectations in coaching this year is to ensure that you enjoy the game of Rugby, that you respect the coaches and each other, and that you play safely and fairly.

The rules that we play under this year are the same rules we will play for 3 years. There are no changes whatsoever.

Tackling, Passing, Catching, Ripping and Draw & Pass are the 5 main skills that you should focus on outside of practice.

Likewise during coaching we will focus mainly on the skills above.
